Season So-Far

So the season has started and it is people are already bitching about the Astros lack of hitting the first 2 games of the season. Just go to any message board and you will see. They have faced the regining CY pitcher and the Padres number 2 who in the last 2 years has had the best batting average against. There are a 160 games left for them to get it up. I have faith in them, Backe look excelent yesterday.
Just some things I have noticed
Bourn- Has been impressive to watch, his speed is something else
Pence-WTF is up with him right now, he is looking terrible swinging
Berkman- He is looking like his normal self up there so far this year-hitting the ball hard
Lee- He looks like he is hustleing less than last year
Tejada- Looked great, the ball just doesn't carry there
Loretta-normal self
Towles- Didn't see much except he let some good pitches go by yesterday
Ausmus- JackShit like normal
Wigginton- Looks like he is not even tryin to make contact (did have a hit though yesterday), but no errors so far
Oswalt- decent because he did not have his breaking pitches
Backe-Looked great, hopefully he keeps it up all season, I think the HR he gave up was the result of him being super pissed after he got rung up to end an inning on a bad call.

Lets see what they can do against Maddux and will get a chance to see if Wandy has actually improved.

If you are a person who does a lot of message boarding, a word of advise the trolls are out everywhere on the espn board and the so-called Astros fans on the astros message board have already abandoned ship. I for one am not goin to be there to throw them a rope, Ill let them sit there along with all the Cubs fans come playoff time.
These fans that jumped ship are the type that get the seats down by the field and are not willing to throw a bow at Juan Uribe when he is coming into the stands to make a catch in game 4 of the world series. That is BS!!! Any true fan would have jumped up and tried to make the catch or made sure he didn't catch it.
While on the subject of fans catching foul balls. Moises Alou just came out and said that he would not have made the catch in the playoffs. The one Steve Barman caught and the Cubs fans blame him for ruining their chance at winning the WS. Yet some believe that Alou was goin to catch it and he was just talking the other day. Cubs fans are morons. Even if he was to catch it they could have turned a 2x play after that, but no find some other reason to place the blame than with the team on the field

I was just wondering, what do y'all think Bartman was listening to? Leave a comment and lets see your answers. I think he was listenin to God or Stewie Griffin.....
